  2. did you find any in the end? ideally speaking, i hope they were snapped right up! waterstone's had them on the counter, abc had them on the window ledge where they keep all the flyers/free magazines and athanaeum asked me to put them on the rack with the rest of the free magazines. i, of course, was also a bit sneaky about it and shoved a few between the pages of certain books/magazines. hopefully some lucky soul will find one when when they purchase their newest issue of BLURGH (or some such irrelevant title) MAGAZINE. good luck and let us know your findings!
